Craig Benson Breaststroke Demonstration

Livingston & District Dolphins ASC - Craig Benson Demonstration

Livingston and District Dolphins welcomed back Craig Benson today who demonstrated breaststroke to 34 members of the club. Craig who recently became World Youth Champion and Record holder and won four gold medals at the Youth Commonwealth Games in Isle of Man started his swimming journey at LDD before been selected to train with the Great Britain Squad. He kindly gave up his time as he is currently training for the European championships where he hopefully he will achieve the required qualifying time for selection at the 2012 Olympics.

Craig demonstrated various aspects of the stroke and actively spoke to the swimmers about how they could improve their technique and then answered several questions that the swimmers and parents had at the end.

p> Craig has offered his services again in the new year to LDD once he has competed in his next few competitions and I am sure that the swimmers again will benefit from training with Craig.
